Ingredients
2 medium heads broccoli, florets trimmed in bulky groups
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon dried minced chive
2 teaspoons red pepper flake
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried mustard powder
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 420°. Trim florets from broccoli stalks. Place in a heap on a foil-lined baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients. Pour over broccoli and toss to coat. Spread florets on banking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until they start to brown. Flip and continue cooking for another 15 minutes or until they are golden in some spots and all over tender.
